We offer free in-person and live video tours of our community during Office Hours! Appointments can be scheduled via phone at 732.338.7109 or email. Scheduling an appointment is strongly recommended, but we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible.
You can now schedule a Self-Guided Tour via Rently if you would like to tour the community on your own or outside of our Office Hours.
After selecting the unit you’re interested in via the Floor Plans page on our website, you may apply directly from there. If you already know the unit # you would like to apply for you may Apply Now. Don't hesitate to reach out to the LeasingOffice if you have any questions!
Our non-refundable application fee at The Vue is $50 per adult (18 and older). Our lease reservation fee is $150 per apartment. The reservation fee is non-refundable should the applicant cancel the lease. If the applicant is denied during the screening process, only the reservation fee will be refunded.
We require all applicants to meet our screening requirements for credit, rental history, and criminal. A government issued ID must be verified at the time of application is submitted. Applicants must provide proof of taxable income (i.e. most recent paystubs or tax returns). The household must make 3 times the market rent. Please contact the Leasing Office for a detailed list of our residential criteria.
*Co-signers are accepted for lack of income only and must be added at the time the application is completed. Co-signers (combined)must make 6 times the market rent.
The Vue requires all residents to obtain renter's insurance for a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage and list our community as an additional interested party.
The Vue includes water, sewer and trash services. You are responsible for the following utilities: electric, cable, and internet. Upon signing a lease, you will be invited to set up a login with Updater to ease the moving process, and assist you with setting up utilities, forwarding mail, etc.
Yes, The Vue is a pet-friendly community!
There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee, up to 2 pets per apartment. In addition, we charge a monthly pet rent of $50 per month per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Contact the Leasing Office for more information.
You are responsible for keeping your pets’ immunizations current. A copy of vet records must be provided at move in.
The NBPA garage is located directly behind our building. Please contact the New Brunswick Parking Authority at 732.545.3118 for monthly pricing.
Every apartment includes a full-size ENERGY-STAR® washer and dryer!
Our residents are allowed to make their home, their own with paint, curtains, and artwork! We do require that the apartment is painted back to its original color and any modifications made must be returned to the original state prior to moving out. Charges will apply at move out for damage or paint not brought back to its original color.
Submit regular service requests 24/7 through the Mobile Doorman App or Resident Portal! For emergency after-hours maintenance requests, you must call 732.338.7109. Online or in-App requests will not be reviewed until the next business day. Your new home is our priority. We expect to complete most requests within 24 hours and will let you know if that is not possible!
We offer after-hours emergency maintenance for fire, sewage backup, no electricity, major leaks, door locks not secure, broken windows, gas leaks, no heat or AC (depending on outside temperatures), no hot water, refrigerator not working, carbon monoxide alarm, and clogged toilet (if only 1 toilet in apartment). You must call the emergency line to be assisted for a lockout.
Easily pay rent with an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card via the Resident Portal! A link to the portal can also be found in your Mobile Doorman Resident App. If setting up a new bank account on your Resident Portal, please follow the instructions on the portal to confirm your account. Confirming a new bank account can take 1-3 business days.
Mobile Doorman is a mobile resident app available to all residents of The Vue! Easily communicate with Management, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, receive important community updates, check out the event calendar, post on the community bulletin board, and more! You can also check out local discounts available exclusively to The Vue residents with the Mobile Doorman app. You must be a resident of The Vue to acquire access to the Mobile Doorman app.
